G-G-G-Gimme Some Oven…..literally!!!!!
Oh man. I’ve been waiting for a giveaway like this ever since we came up with the name for this blog. And thanks to Breville (who I credit with the idea for this fabulous giveaway!), we are giving away our first oven! And, it’s a smart one, at that. :)
The 1800-watt Breville Compact Smart Oven has settings for everything from “toast” and “broil”, to options for bagels, cookies, pizza, roasting, and even reheating. But it’s even smarter than that! It will remember your preferences, and its independent heating elements concentrate power where it’s needed most. Basically, it’s awesome.
Also, for any of you out there who still don’t own a toaster oven, it’s high time to check it out! Seriously, I use mine literally at least once a day, especially for cooking small portions. Or re-warming things that you don’t want to get soggy in the microwave. Or toasting nuts. Or making a quick pita pizza. Or a small batch of cookies. Or…whatever I’m craving…it pretty much does it all! And this smart oven is one of the best, made by one of the best. Thanks to Breville!

Amazing! Breville’s juice fountain is #1 on my list, but I haven’t had a toaster oven in years and I’ve been missing them desperately!! They are the best for baking small amounts of cookies and mini breads. Great giveaway!!

My toaster over broke a few years ago and I have yet to replace it, so I would love one like this. Living in AZ turning on the over (especially in Summer) is so hot and this is such an energy & cooling saver.

Well, I’ve lived without an oven for the last two years, so this oven would be brilliant. And, well, so would the Hot Wok.
I would love this to heat up pizza and other bready things that don’t do well in the microwave.
We don’t own a toaster oven yet, so pizza leftovers are especially disappointing. With this, though, they’d be perfectly crispy! And so many more possibilities! Crostinis, bruschettas, cookies, yum!

i have NEVER used a toaster oven but my BF tells me they are the best for re-heating pizza and making it crisp and not soggy like the micro so i would start with that !
I usually cook for one (um, me) and I would cook the WORLD out of a small steak or a piece of fish, or a chicken breast or…well you get the idea. This would be awesome, and make my evenings after I get home from work a lot less prone to calling out for delivery, because who wants to actually use a whole oven? Blah.

I would make toast Hawaii … one of my childhood favorites…. I use whole grain toast and through on some mustard and ketchup, canadian bacon, one slice of pineapple and a few capers and cover it with a good melting cheese… This toaster would make it so much easier than the broiler in my oven.

I have never owned a microwave because toaster ovens can do it all (well, amost). I am in the market for a new one and this Smart Oven would just look great in our kitchen!
I know this sounds dumb, but my grandma had one of these when she was alive, and we loved to toast english muffins in it. So that is the first thing I would do.
Breville makes amazing juicers as well. They make fantastic, high quality products and I’d love to win this oven. We don’t use a microwave, and it would be nice to have something smaller we could use rather than heating the big oven up all the time.

My favorite Breville product is the Smart Grill.
I have a Breville blender that I just love. It gets used almost daily to make smoothies and is the only unit that I’ve owned that could handle this kind of abuse!
We just got a Breville electric tea kettle, since our actual tea kettle leaks. It is amazing–it boils water in about 4 minutes, which is perfect for my early mornings!
What wouldn’t I love making in this? I would love this for the summer when it’s killer to turn on the big oven. I love the pizza idea, or even just open faced cheese sandwiches. Yum!

Ok – this would be awesome! I would use this all the time for pita pizzas or garlic bread or cookies or a million other things. I was just talking to my husband about how awesome it would be to have one of these.
I know this might be weird but I’ve had my braces on for a year now and haven’t been able to eat bagels at all(I follow Dr’s rules bc I don’t want to wear these things longer than I have to!) But they’re coming off the 19th, I would LOVE to toast a bagel in that oven!!
This is just what I need! It’s perfect for cooking in the summer time. I would roast chicken in it. I hate running the oven for 45 minutes to cook 2 chicken breasts.

Love this toaster oven! I want to try to make grilled pizzas in these: proscuitto, fontina and argula. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. I make these during summer but want to see if this will work in the winter. Amazing. Happy Holidays.

We have a gas oven, and the broiler leaves something to be desired. . .so basically, I want to use this for all of my crisping needs!!

I just saw an ad for this oven on tv and immediately googled it – it looks so awesome! I’d love to have it to cook and bake in the summer especially. I’d love to be able to roast chicken in the summer without heating up the whole house!

I love to get this. Just unbelievable how many things can be done with this smart oven. But one things is sure, I can reheat my dinner or cook small portions without problem and turning the big oven.

I know it’s simple, but I love cheesey toast and would love to try it in this oven! It’s just a piece of cheese on a piece of bread, but it gets all gooey and delicious!
I would love this oven to back small amounts of things like cookies and cupcakes! :) I LOVE baking, but it’s often hard to get the motivation when I bake a regular batch and have no one to share them with (everyone seems to always be on a diet :P ), so this would be perfect! :D

I have a breville oven right now and I love the way it works, but the controls are really confusing and drive me crazy. This one looks so much better! I use my toaster oven for everything!

I have to say, Breville is just one of those go-to brands. They make great sturdy products and I’m pretty sure I have multiple products by them bc my mindset is ‘might as well get a Breville bc I will know it will be good’. and they make the right types of products, not reinventing the wheel in 12 diff ways to confuse us! plus they are chic and pretty! I’ve been wanting to try their wok but gotta love that coffee maker!

I have a breville juicer that I love. It’s really easy to clean and gets most of the juice out of the pulp. We are a part of a food co-op and sometimes get fruit that we don’t care much for or sometimes we can’t eat it all before it goes bad. So I make juice of random fruits and veggies which helps me cut down on food waste. I also use the juicer to juice the trimmings of veggies I’ve saved in the freezer (ie: carrot heads/ends, tomato trimmings, celery stalk trimmings, etc). I use this veggie trimming juice to make a really hearty veggie broth for stews and soups.

I would love to bake cookies in the Breville, for my grandkids.
My favorite Breville product is my panini press, but if I owned this oven, it would definitely be number one with me.
