  9. What I love to bake in baking tins is my cupcakes. I have so many different flavors of cupcakes that I do, but my most favorite cupcake to make is an Armeretto cupcake with a rum buttercream icing. This is so delicious and all of my customers love this I am starting my own business from my house and do cupcakes to generate clients which I call “Cupcakes Mondays” and I make 3 different cupcakes on Monday and my customers can call in their orders ahead of time so I can know exactly what I am doing for the monday or they can text or facebook me. It is very sucessful and every Monday it gets better and better. When I am done baking I send textes and put information on facebook so they can come pick them up.
