Description

This dry tandoori seasoning is quick and easy to make, and perfect for seasoning your favorite proteins, veggies, rice and more.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until combined.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 year.

  1. Ali, Hi! I’ve been following you for some time now (since way before your marriage!). Love many of your dishes. This tandoori seasoning is to die for. I’ve used it as a dry rub on both chicken breasts and pork tenderloin, yet the best use is as a seasoning included in fried rice. Quite delicious!! I’ve just made up a new batch and will be sharing it with my sister-in-law. :) Thank you for your continued posts. You never disappoint!!






  2. I made this but did not have turmeric. I replaced the turmeric using 50% curry and 50% ginger. The seasoning is delicious.
