25 days of giveaways: williams-sonoma “italian food gift set”

Whoever wins this one is more than welcome to invite me over for dinner… :)

Today’s giveaway is this beautiful “Italian Food Gift Set“, from the always amazing Williams-Sonoma. It features the extraordinary Alfieri pappardelle pasta, Williams-Sonoma House Olive Oil, Peperonate (artisan-roasted yellow, green, and red peppers, golden onions, tomato, and extra virgin oil, to be used as a bright and flavorful garnish or as a simple dip for bread), and French Cook’s Spoon.

But my favorite ingredient has to be the Williams-Sonoma Artichoke and Lemon Pasta Sauce — “hand made in small batches with freshly harvested artichokes, leeks and green onions, then simmered with Chardonnay, preserved lemons and seasonal herbs including mint, chives and parsley.”

Um, yes please. :)

    Williams-Sonoma stores have a special meaning for me. Whenever I feel depressed-stressed or upset, I always go to one of Williams-Sonoma stores, hang out there for an hour, imagine that I have a kitchen with full of their products, buy myself a small present and leave the store as a happy person! it’s hard to pick a favorite product but I would say my current fav is the cheese knife set that I bought for my sis as a Christmas present.

    hmm.. my favorite? I would say I love their specialty cake pans. I always get excited when a new collection comes out! Or the Baked bakery products.. one of my favorite bakeries but it’s in a rather inconvenient area so I don’t get there half as often as I wish.

    seriously? i am going to have to try making a replica of that sauce bc it sounds sooo tasty! and um, choose one fave?! are you kidding? whenever i go into the store i literally spend 30mins looking at all their sauces and spreads and prepped bread mixes so I say that entire corner(s).
