I have owned this exact kitchen scale for the past few years, and absolutely love it! I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first about whether or not I would actually use a kitchen scale, and if it would take up valuable space in the kitchen. But once I saw how small and lightweight it was, and how super-simple it is to use, I was hooked. Mine has been a fantastic help in cooking and baking…especially baking bread!! It is also amazingly accurate, especially when measuring exact ingredients and helping with calorie counting. Such a great tool.

a digital scale would be good for my cooking because some of my recipes actually call for ingredients by weight. Instead I use a measuring cup because I don’t have a kitchen scale. I can only wonder how much better cocoa brownies would be if the ingredients were properly measured….

Kitchen scales are nice for those pesky recipes that only give weights instead of measurements. But I have also heard that your baking results are more consistent if you use one.

I can’t find the right link to get the newsletter….
I would love to have a digital cooking scale for multiple reasons— I lived in the UK for an extended period of time and it is hard to use the cookbooks I collected accurately because I don’t have a scale– also, I am just venturing into making my own baby food so a scale could help me portion out the food accurately.

I’d love a digital scale. For precise measurements and when/if using a metric recipe instead of having to do conversion ahead of time just a quick switch to metric would be easy!

I have always wanted to try making macarons, but have needed a scale do do it! This seems like the perfect scale for a macaron baking party!

I’ve heard great things about baking and cooking with a scale – that it’s much more accurate and you get better results! I wasn’t sure I believed it, but my brother has been doing it for a year and swears by it!

I desperately need a new scale for my soapmaking :) I don’t sell professionally anymore so I can’t really justify the expense of a new one ;) But I want one! My honey is also attempting the gluten free way and it would be such a help with blending flours for him!!

I would love to win this kitchen scale as I find a lot of recipes on international blogs, in which the ingredients are listed by weight and I have to keep trying to convert them to cup measures. This would be great to have in the kitchen!
