I have owned this exact kitchen scale for the past few years, and absolutely love it! I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first about whether or not I would actually use a kitchen scale, and if it would take up valuable space in the kitchen. But once I saw how small and lightweight it was, and how super-simple it is to use, I was hooked. Mine has been a fantastic help in cooking and baking…especially baking bread!! It is also amazingly accurate, especially when measuring exact ingredients and helping with calorie counting. Such a great tool.

Digital scales are awesome for making bread! Such an easy and accurate way to “measure” the ingredients. Would love the scale–mine has been fixed several times by the hubby and is barely hanging together with electrical tape and solder. Enjoy your blog!
For baking! There are so many recipes that call for certain weights, I’m too afraid to try them without a scale. My baking is pretty disasterous if I don’t follow the recipe exactly. o_o

I would love to have this! We try to eat Healthy in our home, but portion control can be difficult. This would be a wonderful tool to use to help with that!

I’ve had a digital scale and love it. Sadly, it has been used and loved so much, I have tape holding bits of it together. We buy in bulk and use the scale to repackage items into more usable sizes and for freezing.
A kitchen scale would be great because we currently use a mish-mash of recipes from cookbooks and the internet and usually have to “guestimate” the amount of ingredient to use if it is listed in ounces.
Weighing flour and chocolate for new interesting treats.

I’d love a scale because I’m really watching what I eat, and sometimes I need to weigh things. My current scale is not of the digital variety and was my grandma’s, so I’m sure it’s decades old!
Definitely to help with portion sizing! Also there have been several recipes that I have wanted to try that need a scale for ingredients. :-)

I would like one because it would make portioning ingredients out much easier. Converting recipes that use metric units is too much math for me :)
This would be soo useful! I am diabetic and we should be weighing our food for greater accuracy in counting carbohydrates. Since our kitchen scale broke, we have been using a postal scale but it is not quite the same thing.
