If you follow this site, I’m sure you’ve seen my own beloved red KitchenAid mixer hard at work whipping up plenty of goodies, such as the yummy “White Chocolate Mocha Cupcakes” I just posted yesterday. My favorite KitchenAid product that I have is my 7 cup food processor. However my all time favorite and much longed for and dreamt about product is a KitchenAid mixer.

I’ve had 2 Kitchen Aid mixers in my life that should of lasted me for a lifetime. But a house fire took one of them and then I had to leave the other one (along with a Kitchen Aid food processor) in Bolivia where we lived for 9 yrs. Would so love one again to inspire my baking abilities. They are at an all time low due to poor quality equipment. *sigh* The things I use to make *sigh*

The KitchenAid mixer is pretty phenomenal! Used one before and it never skipped a beat. I especially liked the attachments pasta and mixing dough.
