giveaway: 6-piece grater set

For the conclusion to “Zucchini Week”, thought it was only appropriate to do a giveaway of the tool I used about a zillion times this week — a grater!
Although this isn’t your typical grater. I don’t know about any of you, but I’ve never been a huge fan of vertical box graters. The angle never feels that natural or comfortable, and the grater occasionally slips out of place. So for a giveaway, thought it would be fun to offer this 6-piece Progressive International grater. As you can see, it sits flat, and has four interchangeable graters you can pop in and out. Simple, and quite functional (especially for grating zucchini!!!).

I am really excited to try the Sausage & Zucchini Pasta Recipe! I love zucchini many ways, grilled and roasted tend to be my favorite. One of my favorite recipes I ever made with it was a vegetarian sloppy joe with zucchini and lentils. It had so much more flavor than the standard ground beef variety!

I have to try the Zucchini Parmesan!! I love to slice zucchini in to 3/4 inch slices, lay them out in a single layer, and broil them in the toaster oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and devour! Thanks! jcnoorda(at)yahoo(dot)com

I think the zucchini pizza was the most interesting of your zucchini recipes, but the one I would want to make first is the carrot and zucchini muffins. I like that they are healthier with less oil than most zucchini muffin recipes!

I’m intrigued by the chocolate zucchini cake idea, although the sausage zucchini pasta looks the most delicious of all of them to me. Funnily enough, my roommate had just been telling me about how much she loves zucchini the day before I saw you were doing zucchini week!

It’s hard to pick just one recipe. I plan to try the carrot and zucchini muffins tomorrow, and will probably try several of the others this week too! (I bought extra zucchini at the farmer’s market this weekend just so I could try your recipes!)
