This classic kir royale recipe is easy to make with sparkling wine, crème de cassis and your choice of berries for garnish.

- 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) crème de cassis
- chilled dry sparkling white wine (such as champagne), filled to the top
- fresh berries, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix. Pour the creme de cassis into a champagne flute and add in a few berries. Fill to the top with sparkling wine.
- Serve. Serve immediately and enjoy!
