Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 cups tabbouleh
  • 4 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)

Instructions

  1. In a small sauce pan, stir together tabbouleh and chicken broth. Heat over medium-high heat, until soup just begins to bubble. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for at least 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
  2. I would recommend enjoying the soup the day it is made.
