When you don’t want to drizzle your salad with dark balsamic dressing, try this simple recipe for a White Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup DeLallo extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup DeLallo Golden Balsamic Vinegar (a.k.a. “white” balsamic vinegar)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or agave or desired sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together for 30 seconds or until blended.
