- 1 pound carrots, scrubbed (or peeled), halved, and chopped into 2-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley, flaky sea salt, drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Peel and cut carrots into even sticks or rounds.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway, until tender inside and crisp on the edges.
- Garnish as desired and serve warm.
