- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce sweet or semi-sweet red vermouth
- orange peel
- Combine Campari, gin and vermouth in a cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice, and stir or shake briefly to combine until the mixture is chilled.
- Run the orange peel around the rim of a serving glass filled with ice. Strain the cocktail over the ice, and garnish with the orange peel.
