This Tropical Mimosa Smoothie recipe is quick and easy to make, and the perfect bubbly treat for brunch!
- 1 cup Florida’s Natural® Brand Orange Juice
- 1 cup frozen diced pineapple*
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup reduced fat coconut milk
- 2 cups chilled champagne
- Add orange juice, frozen pineapple, frozen banana, Greek yogurt and coconut milk to a blender. Pulse until smooth.
- Add in champagne, and stir briefly until evenly combined.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh pineapple slices if desired.
