2-Ingredient Strawberry "Milk" Shake | gimmesomeoven.com

You could call it a smoothie. You could call it a “milk”shake. You could call it gluten-free, dairy-free deliciousness. But whatever the name, this unbelievably delicious frozen drink is a new favorite of mine.

And, it can be made in about 30 seconds.

AND, it calls for only two ingredients – frozen strawberries and coconut milk. Can’t beat that! :)

Feel free to sub in other fruits instead of the strawberries (mangoes, oranges, pineapple, etc.). Or if you’d like to kick this up a notch, add in a little rum and lime juice to make this daquiri-esque.

Either way, enjoy!!!

2-Ingredient Strawberry Coconut “Milk”Shake

  • Prep Time: 2 minutes
  • Total Time: 2 minutes

Description

This strawberry coconut milkshake only calls for 2 ingredients and is naturally vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk, either homemade or storebought

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in a blender, and blend on high speed until smooth.

Ali’s Tip:

If possible, would really recommend buying organic strawberries to make these. Strawberries can have one of the highest pesticide counts with their thin skin. So even if you’re like me, and can’t quite budget in buying everything organic, strawberries are a good place to begin.
