Excited to introduce you to Sarita’s Jewelry Box, and her absolutely adorable baker’s charm necklaces. I ran across these on Etsy awhile back, and absolutely fell in love. Just think they are so beautifully designed, and cute and classy and fun all at the same time! Well done, Sarita!!

  2. I LOVE LOVE LOVE making pumpkin spice cupcakes with drizzled creamcheese frosting on top. And I absolutely love the necklace :) I am also now a subscriber of the RSS feed through google reader

  3. I use the mini muffin tins to freeze mango pulp. that way I don’t need to use ice to make my blended smoothies. I just drop a few in and add the other ingredients and puree.

    my favorite thing to make in muffin tins is diabetic whole wheat banana muffins! My dad recently found out that he is diabetic, and he was really upset about potentially not being able to enjoy his favorite thing-banana bread! However, I developed this recipe just for him, and he thinks they are better than the orginial! :) I love to make them as often as possible!

  19. I’ve been a lurker on your site for ever now. You have such yummy recipes and document them very well. My favorite thing to make in muffin tins has to be blueberry muffins. They are wonderful with a crumb topping…Also last year I was craving apple pie but not enough to make a whole pie so I made cute little individual pies in the muffin tins complete with a lattice top. So good :)

  26. My favourite thing to make in baking tins is actually not a food. I use my silicone baking tins to make recycled circle crayons. I do however love me a good cupcake, I just seem to prefer ones that I didn’t bake myself.

  36. If I’m in the mood for something sweet (which is almost always) I make cupcakes!! If I am looking for something savory I go for egg rosettes which are ham cups filled with eggs, veggies, cream cheese and top with cheese, all baked to gooey perfection!

  38. Muffins. My favorite are a recipe that I called “Giraffe Surprise Muffins”. I messed up the strudel topping to some apple cinnamon muffins (my fav), but went with it, and they were spotty, crumbly, and delicious!
