Why We Love It:
Hands-down one of my favorite places in Barcelona. Granted, it’s definitely a bit of a splurge. But oh my goodness, if you love baths and spas (or just relaxation in general), it is 1 million percent worth it. These gorgeous Arabian baths are located near Ciutadella Park in El Born, and are the ultimate place to relax and warm up, especially on a cooler winter day. A 90-minute pass will grant you access to the baths and sauna, or you can pay extra to purchase a massage to go with the experience. (Or if you really want a memorable experience, you can try out their literal “wine bath”, whoa.)
Other Tips:
- You’ll need to book ahead, as spaces fill up. Also, if you want a less-crowded spa experience, book first thing in the morning at 9am.
- There’s a Groupon-type site here in Spain called Altrapalo that often offers discounts for Aire Barcelona. So definitely be sure to check it out before you book!
