Hi everyone! Liz here today, chiming in with a new crafty tutorial.
For a girl who claims to not love wearing jewelry, I sure am in a jewelry making mood! Though I will say this DIY is so simple that even the 2-year-old boy I nanny was able to help me with it. Sometimes the easiest crafts turn out to be some of my favorites.
This DIY metal ring necklace could be great paired with your favorite white t-shirt and jeans, or dressed up for a night out. And it’s really quick and easy to make as well. Hope you enjoy it!
What You’ll Need:
- Small metal rings and keyrings of all metals–I chose gold, bronze, and silver (I bought all of mine at Hobby Lobby)
- Bronze necklace chain
What you’ll do:
- Lay all your rings out and intermix the metals until you find a pattern you like best
- String the rings onto the chain
- That’s it!
I also decided to try it with larger rings and thought it was pretty fun too!
See? SO easy. But really cute!
If you decide to make one for yourself, be sure to tag your creation with #gimmesomeoven on Twitter or Instagram so that we can see it. :) Enjoy!
That’s a very pretty necklace. I’m going to make one for myself.
This is so cute and easy! I love the mix of metals!
Gorgeous! So simple and perfect :)
Thank you Maritza, we’re glad you like it!
