  1. Baked Chicken Breasts
This is how I make a juicy, tender and delicious baked chicken breasts. This is the the recipe.

Prep: 10 mins Cook: 15 mins Total: 25 mins

    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts,
    • 1 Tablespoon melted butter or olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 Tablespoon of soy sauces
Pure 3 to 4 cups of water into a bowl, add 1 Tablespoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of red chili and wait for the water to come to a boiling point. Now place your chicken breasts in the boiling water and wait for the water comes to boiling point again. Take out your chicken breasts out of the hot water right-a-way and wait for one minute or so. Now rub them with some butter (not too much) and 1 tablespoon of soy sauces, then place them in a single layer baking dish and add salt, cracked black pepper, garlic powder and paprika on both side of the chicken breasts and place the baking dish into a heat oven (450F) for 10 mins.
