I went with a dark chocolate bar (sprinkled with cinnamon, cayenne, and coffee beans!), and a white chocolate bar (with these gorgeous dried flower pieces and macadamia nuts), and then they also sent along their popular s’mores bar (pictured above). I may or may not have raced home to check the mail the day they arrived… :)
Sure enough — they are absolutely amazing! Such great quality chocolate, and designs were so cute! I can’t wait to order more. They would be the absolute perfect gift to customize for your friends, or to give them a gift certificate to go design their own!

YUM!!! I love Almond Joy. If I could make my own chocolate bar, it would include dark chocolate, hazelnut and cranberries.
If I was going to build my own chocolate bar… it would be milk chocolate, with toffee, caramel pieces, sour dried cherries, and pop rocks. Yum! :)

I’ve wanted to buy some Chocomize goodies for a while! My ideal would be a White Chocolate Raspberry Mocha bar: white chocolate base topped with dark chocolate chips, ground coffee, and dried raspberries. :)

Omgoodness what a concept this is! I’d create this one: milk chocolate bar with coconut, pecans,marshmallow pieces,toffee bits,rice krispy pcs and a layer of caramel then drenched in white chocolate. How decadent does that sound? ha ha
My favorite candy is Milky Way…but I think I would make a bar with some toffee in it! So many options on their site!

OMG, this is such a cool idea! Love it. :) It would be HARD to pick, but I think I would go with a milk chocolate bar with sea salt, crunchy almond croquant, and caramel pieces. Yum!

milk chocolate with carmel and almonds
I’ve really been enjoying sea salt chocolate lately. Also, chocolate with earl grey tea leaves! Elizabeth at Sahagun Chocolates also created a sunflower butter chocolate drop that made me incredibly happy.
As to what I’d design myself, I’m not sure. Something flirting with savory, I think. (Chocolate with bacon was a one-time favorite of mine, too.)
I think the real question is clear, can you use bacon as a decoration? If so, I’d definitely go for some dark chocolate and bacon. For some reason I can’t get enough of salty sweet combos, recently…

Oh my god, seriously that chocolate bar with the teddy grahams and the marshmallows literally looks to die for. But, if I were to design my own, it would probably be milk chocolate with peppermint candy pieces, mini marshmallows and cinnamon. Sort of like hot chocolate transformed into a candy bar!
