giveaway: foodie art prints

As many of you Facebook followers know, I happen to be a huge fan of a particular artist — my 25-year-old sister, Sarah! In addition to being quite the foodie and talented cook herself, she is also an incredibly talented painter (and drawer, sculptor, fashion-designer…you name it). Yep. While the rest of use were drawing stick figures growing up, she was the kid whose drawings of people actually looked like people. :)  So it came as no surprise that she recently graduated with a degree in art education. I love that a new generation of kids will get to have such an inspiring teacher!

Anyway, for a fun project this past year, Sarah has begun painting a series based on food blog photos (many from this site!). When the response to them ended up being so positive, she recently launched a new site to sell some of the originals and prints, starting at just $12.95. (And for any of you out there who have photos you love or like original prints, she also does great commissions!)  I can’t wait for you to see her work!
