Add a little ice cream to your pint o’ stout with these Guinness floats!
Scale
Ingredients
- 1–2 scoops of your favorite ice vanilla or chocolate ice cream
- 1 (11.2 oz.) can Guinness stout
- chocolate syrup or chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Place scoops of ice cream in a glass. Slowly pour the Guinness over the ice cream, allowing a little time for the foam to subside and then pouring in more to fill the glass. Then drizzle with chocolate syrup or spoon on some chocolate sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

I’ve never loved Gunness, but this is one way that I’ve always wanted to try. It looks so delicious.
Now that I am old enough to enjoy Guinness I can absolutely enjoy these floats! Gorgeous photos too – love the dripping chocolate sauce (drool)
