Guinness Week continues with a slightly different way to enjoy your pint of stout — Guinness Floats!
These floats are as easy as 1-2-3. First, place a few scoops of your favorite chocolate or vanilla ice cream into a glass. Then slowly pour in some Guinness and watch it foam like crazy. And finally, top with some chocolate syrup or chocolate sauce.
Add a little ice cream to your pint o’ stout with these Guinness floats!
Ingredients
Scale
1–2 scoops of your favorite ice vanilla or chocolate ice cream
1 (11.2 oz.) can Guinness stout
chocolate syrup or chocolate sauce
Instructions
Place scoops of ice cream in a glass. Slowly pour the Guinness over the ice cream, allowing a little time for the foam to subside and then pouring in more to fill the glass. Then drizzle with chocolate syrup or spoon on some chocolate sauce.
