Rainbow Fruit Wraps

Isn’t fruit amazing?!?

I know that it is an everyday part of our lives.  But more and more often lately, I find myself stopped in my tracks in awe at just what an incredible gift the food is that we’ve been given.

Take the fruit in these rainbow fruit wraps, as an example.  While the combination goes so deliciously well together, none of these five fruits are at all alike.  Each is its own little work of art.  From color, to texture, to shape, to how they grow, to the oh-so-tasty and nostalgic flavors that we all could discern with our eyes closed…each one is uniquely special.  I love it!

So while some say it’s important to take time to smell the roses, as a foodie, I recommend taking a minute to stop and smell (and feel, and see, and touch, and really taste) the food in front of us.  Definitely a reason to be grateful.

Of course, I would recommend that you try that with these delicious rainbow fruit wraps.  Just an idea.  ;)

Wow…Can I just gobble this up right on the screen? You are an amazing food photographer (and cook)! How long have you been doing photography (if you don’t mind me asking)? :) I’ve been always wanting to try, but never was really sure what camera/equipment I should use, etc.
